What was the most useful part of the course? Practical tips on how to approach difficult conversations with your people who you think may be struggling with the mental health – the things to consider when responding and how to encourage them to be open. Also helpful non evasive place to comfort people when upset.

A. Becoming familiar with the use of an AED through simulations as a component of CPR

A. Nothing, it was very good especially given practical limitations due to COVID.
